		<description>Great post. I can totally relate. I know a ton of technical stuff, but I work side by side with genuises who know 10 times more.  As smart and as knowledgeable as they are, I still occasionally manage to know some little thing that they don&#039;t know. When I see techie-gods get shown up by even techier ones, the more enlightened ones gladly listen, whereas the less enlightened ones deny it ever happened. In my case, 20 years (20!??) in IT, I try hard to learn as much as possible, I&#039;ve firmly accepted that I won&#039;t know everything, but I&#039;m very clear that I know enough to never have to feel bad about what I don&#039;t know.  Even when I&#039;m showcasing my ignorance  when talking to the plumber/doctor/you-name-it.</description>
