I post cause I’ve been getting little some feelers from Hoot-related enterprises of various sorts interested in acquiring my domain name, hootenanny.com. So far, hootennany.com is not for sale, but every man has his price, and mine is enough to cover the inevitable expense in real dollars plus time related to buying an alternate domain, funding a campaign to recover any lost traffic due to domain change, and other time-consuming tasks that would be involved. In other words, better just to leave things lie, unless someone wants to make it worth my time, which gets less and less cheap the older I get.
